Here is a collection of AT HOME youtube videos you can accomplish for the SHREDZ!! All of these videos DO NOT require any workout equipment.
Download this PDF poster and click on the video you wish to complete! Start with the first day(top left picture) and work your way through the 30 days(left to right!)!
Every day for 30 days you will have a workout to do. Some days will be 2, and on a few days you will only have one workout that day. There will be pictures for each and every video you need to complete!
On days where you have 2 workouts, you must do the videos back to back. You may take a 5-10 minute rest in between. You will will have active rest days throughout this challenge. For example. On day 9 you will be tasked with completely a short ab workout and then stretching. This is considered an active recovery day. You’re warming up with the ab workout, and then stretching your muscles afterwards.
