Gymoclock started out as a simple hashtag I would use to hold myself accountable to each and every workout I was supposed to accomplish. If it was gymoclock, I let nothing stop me from getting to the gains. But its never just about me, so I decided to share with my online community via instagram and youtube each time it was gymoclock for me- I quickly realized how impactful my simple phrase was helping others around the world.
Sometimes we take time for granted. There are 1,440 minutes in a day, are you telling me you don’t have 5-10 of those to get a quick workout in? Spare a few of the minutes you choose to scroll on your phone and do a couple push ups. Its deeper than just working out though. The discipline you find in fitness can bleed into other areas of your life. After all, discipline is the foundation of success in any avenue. So be patient. Be passionate. And be powerful!
